Lead / Staff Software Engineer – AI Platform | Python | React | AWS

We are looking for experienced Lead / Staff Software Engineers to build next-generation AI-powered platforms and cloud-native applications. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern web applications while driving technical strategy and mentoring engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications and AI platform capabilities.
• Build distributed systems using Python, Django, React, TypeScript, AWS, REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices across product teams.
• Develop high-performance backend services, modern web applications, and AI-powered platform capabilities.
• Drive scalability, reliability, security, observability, and performance optimization across platform services.
• Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, and contribute to the overall engineering strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Software engineering experience with strong technical leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, Django, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices, and AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, asynchronous messaging, and real-time applications.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), DevOps practices, and automated testing.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or AI platform development is highly desirable.
