Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Mobile Developers to build and enhance next-generation mobile banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native along with either Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development, and a passion for delivering secure, high-performance, and intuitive mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Build native mobile features for either Android or iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality product features.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless communication with backend services.
• Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience across devices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate with global engineering teams.

Required Skills

Android Position

• Strong experience in React Native and Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Good understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and native mobile architecture.

iOS Position

• Strong experience in React Native and iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
• Good understanding of Xcode, iOS SDK, and native mobile architecture.

Common Skills

• 6–10 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and state management.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and mobile application architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
