Position Overview

We are looking for skilled Frontend Developers with strong experience in React and/or Flutter to join a fast-growing US-based startup building an AI-powered coaching platform. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on health data integrations and secure payment workflows.

You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless experiences for athletes and coaches at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React and/or Flutter, ensuring high performance across iOS and Android.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into polished, interactive user experiences.
• Integrate and enhance payment systems, including third-party gateways such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Play, and related APIs.
• Implement and optimize health data integrations using Apple HealthKit and Google Fit.
• Ensure frontend code is optimized for performance, scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and quality.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering stack and development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Flutter, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade web or mobile applications.
• Experience with iOS development (Swift or Flutter), App Store deployments, and familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Hands-on experience integrating payment processing systems such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Play.
• Working knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Provider).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
