Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Enablement Lead for our client to manage and guide a team responsible for preparing, enriching, and validating data that supports business, product, and client outcomes. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and data quality ownership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across multiple data enablement functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team handling data matching, categorisation, branding, and product data operations
  • Drive high standards of data quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all outputs
  • Assign and prioritise work based on capacity, skill sets, and business requirements
  • Act as the primary escalation point for quality issues, operational blockers, and urgent requests
  • Review and improve data processes, guidelines, and quality controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, and Customer Support
  • Track and report on delivery metrics, quality KPIs, and team performance
  • Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading teams in data operations, data enrichment, or digital content environments
  • Strong understanding of data quality, classification, and enrichment processes
  • Advanced Excel and data-handling skills
  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with eCommerce or digital product data
  • Exposure to QA frameworks, tagging logic, or taxonomy management
  • Experience supporting client-facing teams or handling escalations
