About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer – Data Platform for one of our product-based clients.
In this role, you’ll design intuitive, data-driven user experiences that simplify complex analytics and empower users to make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to create scalable, user-centric experiences for modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and engineering handoff.
- Design intuitive user experiences for data platforms, dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Transform complex datasets, research findings, and workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Apply UX research, accessibility standards, design systems, and industry best practices to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Create interactive prototypes and validate design decisions through user feedback and iterative improvements.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in UX/Product Design for B2B or consumer products.
- Strong experience designing data-rich applications, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, visual design, usability, and information architecture.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and visualize complex data into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, or a related discipline.
- Relevant UX/Product Design certification or bootcamp is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work is essential.
