Senior / Lead Software Engineer – Java | Data Platforms

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build and scale cloud-native data platforms powering enterprise-grade products. If you’re passionate about distributed systems, modern cloud architectures, big data technologies, and solving complex engineering challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable cloud-native applications and data platforms.
• Build distributed systems using Java, Spark, AWS, Microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive technical initiatives focused on scalability, performance, security, reliability, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and production support.
• Mentor engineers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to technical excellence across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Apache Spark, Microservices, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, SNS, SQS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Delta Lake architecture, and modern big data ecosystems.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI is a plus.
