Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Platform Delivery team. This is a client-facing role supporting multi-channel marketing engagements, requiring strong business analysis skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable product and technical solutions.

You will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that drive personalization and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand product architecture in relation to client business models and digital marketing strategies
  • Lead client discussions to gather, document, and manage business, functional, and data requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications, low-level designs, and API requirements
  • Analyze client data, data warehouses/marts, and existing solutions to support enhancements and integrations
  • Perform product fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Support onboarding of vendors and data sources while ensuring data governance and architectural compliance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance from a business and digital marketing perspective
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions to drive client adoption
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business and data analysis

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, Loyalty, and Digital Marketing platforms
  • Experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and data-driven systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum and SDLC processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data-driven or digital marketing environments
  • Exposure to AI/ML/RPA concepts and automation-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with campaign tools such as Adobe, Marketo, Eloqua, Unica, Responsys, Zeta, etc.
