What You’ll Do

* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers delivering mission-critical platform capabilities.

* Drive execution, delivery predictability, and engineering quality.

* Define technical architecture and establish engineering best practices.

* Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

* Improve engineering processes, CI/CD maturity, and operational excellence.

* Ensure systems are scalable, secure, highly available, and performant.

* Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

* Scala

* Apache Spark

* Hadoop (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce)

* Python

* SQL

* AWS (GCP exposure is a plus)

* Docker & Kubernetes

* CI/CD & Git

* Batch Processing & DAG Workflow Orchestration

* Distributed Systems & Cloud-Native Architecture

* System Design & Performance Optimization

Good to Have

* Databricks

* Delta Lake

* Event-Driven Architecture

* Tableau / Power BI / Grafana

* AdTech / MarTech domain experience

What We’re Looking For

* Strong engineering leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience managing delivery, quality, reliability, and engineering metrics.

* Proven ability to mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.

* Hands-on expertise designing scalable, data-intensive platforms.
