Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional UX Designer who excels in interaction design, prototyping, and visual craft — someone who moves effortlessly from problem framing to polished, intuitive interfaces. You will work on complex workflows and interconnected product experiences, bringing clarity to ambiguity and structure to evolving requirements. A strong understanding of systems thinking, product ecosystems, and design systems is essential to succeed in this role. You must also demonstrate a solid grasp of accessibility standards, including WCAG, to ensure every experience is inclusive and compliant. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can influence both thinking and craft within a collaborative team environment. If you thrive at the intersection of logic and creativity, we’d love to hear from you.
You Will
- Own end-to-end UX design across complex workflows — from research and flows to wireframes, UI, and high-fidelity prototypes for both mobile and web.
- Convert ambiguous requirements into thoughtful, structured, and intuitive solutions, accounting for edge cases, system states, and dependencies across user journeys.
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong visual hierarchy, spacing, grid systems, and purposeful micro-interactions that enhance clarity and usability.
- Maintain consistency with the design system while actively contributing to scalable patterns, reusable components, and evolving design standards.
- Ensure all designs align with WCAG accessibility standards, applying best practices around color contrast, touch targets, semantic structure, and keyboard navigation.
- Advocate for inclusive design thinking during reviews, discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes to communicate complex interactions and run quick validation cycles to refine decisions based on feedback.
- Understand business goals, user needs, and engineering constraints to make balanced design decisions and communicate concepts clearly to PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify UX and UI issues, propose improvements, and translate complex ideas into simple, digestible visual representations.
- Mentor junior designers on craft, interaction thinking, accessibility, and structured reasoning while consistently raising the quality bar across the design team.
You Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, Communication Design, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- Experience in UX/UI or Product Design, backed by a strong hybrid portfolio that demonstrates both thinking and craft.
- Proven expertise in UX flows, information architecture, visual design, and interaction logic across web and mobile platforms.
- Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards with practical experience applying inclusive design best practices across real product work.
- Strong visual design fundamentals including spacing, grids, typography, layout systems, and attention to pixel-level detailing.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with hands-on experience building and contributing to modern design systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design and prototyping tools, with strong high-fidelity, interactive prototyping skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within complex problem spaces and translate ambiguous requirements into structured, user-cantered solutions.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to drive design decisions independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent communication and design storytelling skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
