Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong Application Support and Production Engineering experience to help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to maintain highly available systems, resolve production incidents, and continuously improve platform stability through automation and observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor application health, performance, and system stability using monitoring and observability tools.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, system outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive improvements.
• Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability.
• Support production deployments, release activities, and environment stability.
• Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SLA/SLO commitments and operational best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.

Required Skills

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / containerized environments.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong experience in Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting financial services or fintech platforms.
